Service level And Logistic Performance: An Implementation Of Sustainable Quality Assessment

The study aimed to uncover the impact of quality assessment with instruments ISO 9001at major hub logistics companies in Indonesia which divided into three regions, western region, middle region and northern Indonesia. implementation used different variables as components parameters consist continuous improvement, satisfaction users prevention nonconformities. methods were by interviewing deployment structured questionnaires related parties directly engaged on process daily assignments. result showed that such 9001 affecting significantly delivered customers well performance overall operation held companies. also service was not only could be undertaken two but done more have been explored. opportunity improvement had implemented through giving optimum services customers.
